DWARVEN
These are formidable close combat foes. They have an initial resistance of 1 to mundane damage types like slashing, bludgeoning, and piercing and a +2 strength bonus.
HUMAN
Humans are versatile and balanced. They have a slight advantage in all areas, offering a solid basis for any combat strategy. Humans receive a +1 bonus on all Ability Scores, with no extra bonuses beyond this.
ELVEN
Agile and quick, they excel in evading attacks and striking swiftly. They start with a base score of 7 in all abilities and gain a +2 evasion and +10 initiative bonus.
ATTRIBUTES

Attributes, or ability points, boost overall power between bloodlines, equipment and skills.
  • Strength: Enhances Strength Attacks, HP, Brutal and Assault Weapons and Defense (damage resistance).
  • Dexterity: Enhances Ranged Attacks, Initiative, Stealth, Precision and Range Weapons and Evasion (dodge attacks).
  • Intelligence: Enhances perceptiveness used for Casting or Breaking Spells (remove disadvantages) which is especially important when applying buffs or debuffs.

Three main types of skills will be used on the battlefield. Each is associated with Attributes, some have cooldowns and others will persist throughout battle.
  • Actions: Actions you take in the midst of battle! Use physical or magical attacks against foes or defenses to protect yourself.
  • Traits: Your passive skills that apply all throughout battle, such as 'Strong', bolstering your might without using an action during your turn.
  • Talents: A set of actions and traits, like 'Sharpshooter', unlocked together to synergize your path to dominance.
